Communication is Key: Different stakeholders need different data. Engineers care about technical debt and feasibility; Sales cares about features that help close deals; Leadership cares about ROI.
The Shared Roadmap: Maintain a "living" roadmap that is transparent. When timelines shift, communicate the "why" early.
